Paul Armitage

Paul achieved first class BA Hons in Fine Art from Gloucestershire College of Art and an MA in Fine Art from Reading University. He then went on to become a painting tutor for the Foundation Art Course at Basingstoke College of Technology. He has recently also worked as gallery assistant to Sandra Blow, RA, until her death earlier in 2006. Originally from the North of England, Paul's studies and teaching have led him down to Cornwall, where the landscapes and seascapes form the focus of his explorative mind and interests in line, shapes and nature.
