David Beer

David started painting at evening classes whilst at Corsham where he was a Head Teacher. He also attended the St. Ives School of Painting on residential courses during this period , and became captivated by St.Ives. He now lives in the Downalong area of St.Ives. He paints seascapes and landscapes in oils using a palette knife, and also produces life studies using pastel and acrylic.
